Zentel was established 2003 by wafer foundry Powerchip from Taiwan as their DRAM chip design center in Japan and started in 2006 as fabless manufacturer with global logistics, sales and marketing for packaged SDRAM ICs, pioneering first cyber-secure DDR3L DRAM ICs with chip-integrated RowHammer watchdog and trapping circuit since 2019 plus chip-integrated Error-Correction-Code since 2023 covering a full range from 64Mb SDR, DDR1, DDR2, DDR3 to DDR4, LP-DDR4 and LP-DDR4X ICs up to 32 Gb.
