Information about your participation in embedded world
Your personal exhibitor areaIn your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area:
- Your participation at a glance
Here you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
- Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
Here you can register your stand space, find an overview of your registration and stand data and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
- Online ExhibitorShop
Here you order everything for your succesful trade fair appearance, find important information as well as permits and the stand construction checklist. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves.
Here you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers.
You can find more information about the login under item "Login data".
- Your participation at a glance
You will find the login data for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation, which you received by e-mail. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After logging in for the first time, you will therefore be asked to change the password.
If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.
Your stand position
You can find your stand number your stand space confirmation that you received by e-mail. Our hall plans are updated every week on Thursday and can be found on our website: to the floor plans.
A detailed plan of your stand space can be found in the ExhibitorShop under Documents/ Uploads.
You will receive the invoice for your stand space at embedded world in the middle of December 2023 by e-mail. The e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the stand area as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced in one invoice via NürnbergMesse GmbH.
Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse separately. When planning your stand construction, please take our technical guidelines for your trade fair presentation into account and read them carefully. Please also complete our stand construction / stand construction and fire protection checklist in the ExhibitorShop.

Please order your services at your earliest convenience in the online exhibitor shop. Please note, that additional express surcharges of up to 100% may apply for orders placed at short notice.
- Express surcharges from 24.02.2024: Suspension points
- Express surcharges from 19.03.2024: stand construction and equipment, electricity supply, water, compressed air, guarding, cleaning, working platforms
- Express surcharges from 26.03.2024: internet, telecommunication, event and media technology, catering, hostess service and staff
- For orders, that are placed later an execution cannot be guaranteed. Kindly ask for your understanding.
You have the option of booking an all-inclusive package for embedded world. This package includes a wide range of services in the stand rental. The following services are already included:

TicketCenterThe TicketCenter is all about managing your passes and inviting your customers. You can access the TicketCenter via your personal exhibitor area. For the login use your customer number and your password. If necessary, you can generate or request your password again by clicking on the "Request password" button.
If you have any questions about the TicketCenter, you are very welcome to contact our TicketCenter support team at +49 (0)911.8606-8820 or by e-mail.
Order, register and manage your exhibitor passes and assembly and dismantling passes in the TicketCenter. Each exhibitor will be given free passes according to stand size for his exhibition stand and operating personnel. 3 passes will be issued for up to 10 m² stand space, plus 2 passes for each further full 10 m². These tickets are valid during duration and during assembling and dismantling time.
Any additional exhibitor passes needed can be purchased for entitled persons at a price of EUR 25 each plus VAT at the statutory rate. The total amount of assembling and dismantling passes is regardless of your booth space and for free. After the event, you will only be charged for the exhibitor passes actually used, minus your free quota. Additional assembly and dismantling passes can be ordered in the TicketCenter.
With your personal voucher code you can invite your customers to visit embedded world 2024 free of charge. You will not incur any additional costs. The voucher code can be found in your stand confirmation. For exhibitors recieving the stand confirmation later than 13. November 2023, you can find the voucher code there.
Just share your voucher code below with your customers! Vouchers can already be redeemed now at www.embedded-world.de/voucher.
Branding TicketShopBrand your TicketShop in your corporate design! Take advantage of the opportunity to brand your personal TicketShop. Customers who receive an invitation from you via a voucher code will be taken directly to your branded TicketShop upon entering the code. Accompany your customer during their registration process- and even throughout admission to the exhibition. The branding options can be found under Marketing Options in your TicketCenter. This service is included in your marketing services and free of charge.

Booked exhibition stands whose construction has not been started by Monday (last day of construction), April 08, 2024, 3:00 PM, will be designed by the organizer, unless otherwise informed. Any costs arising from this will be borne by the exhibitor. Please note that it will only be possible to approve early set-up to a very limited extent for the embedded world Exhibition&Conference. Please contact us in time for further information.

Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only possible with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
Please make sure to register your verhicles and book your time slots during set-up and dismantling times via our new digital trade fair logistics system TransITfair. Only with a registration and slot booking you are allowed to enter the loading yards. Social Media AssetsYou can also use our social media assets to promote your participation at embedded world. You can personalize the official event graphic. You are also welcome to tag us in your social media posts and use the official hashtags #embeddedworld and #ew24, because together we can achieve more - reach, interaction, likes
With your binding registration as an exhibitor, you automatically book our obligatory Marketing Services (price 1,290 euros). This will effectively draw attention to your booth at embedded world. The following marketing services are included for you:
- Company profile on the digital event platform talque (browser & app)
- Company listing in official print and online media
- Social media assets
- Branding TicketShop (individual branding of the TicketShop with your logo)
- Invitation management tool
- Pass management (Exhibitor passes for booth staff and service providers)
- Display of press releases
- Other marketing services

Our exclusive marketing gives your advertising campaign the individual touch - before, during and after your trade fair appearance. We offer you effective advertising measures for all media. Put your company in the spotlight.
Please note: these are not the marketing services included in the stand space, but additional marketing opportunities to increase the awareness for your company and your presence at embedded world. Speaking slot in our exhibitor forum
You booked a speaking slot in the Exhibitor Forum via our ExhibitorShop and want to know what happens next? After your booking in the ExhibitorShop, you will receive a booking confirmation and a few weeks before the exhibition the invoice. In December, you will receive an e-mail from our digital platform talque from the sender firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to the session booking.
Please note: By booking the service in the ExhibitorShop, you have not yet secured a time slot. The time slot and forum selection will take place from December via the maintenance link that you will receive by e-mail. You can also use this link to add the session title, speaker information and a description and adjust them at any time. Please note that we also print the forum program in our exhibition guide and therefore changes can only be considered until the beginning of February.
Also this year the traditional embedded award ceremony will take place during embedded world. Don't miss out to hand in your application with your newest innovation until the beginning of February 2024! Further information can be found here.
Digital event platform
Use the embedded world digital event platform as a networking opportunity - before, during and after the trade fair. Find and save interesting exhibitor and product profiles, make appointments and get an overview with the digital hall plan. You can also network with the community after the event or watch recorded presentations.
The digital event platform opens in mid-March for exhibitors and speakers, at the end of March for visitors, and will be available until 31.07.2024.Download the embedded world app, which will be available from March 2024.
