Assembly and dismantling times
Assembly
- Friday, 6 March 2026, 07:00 - 24:00
- Saturday, 7 March 2026, 07:00 - 24:00
- Sunday, 8 March 2026, 07:00 - 24:00
- Monday, 9 March 2026, 07:00 - 20:00
The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day, Monday, 9 March 2026. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Please note that it will only be possible to approve early set-up to a very limited extent for the embedded world Exhibition&Conference. Please contact us in time for further information.
Dismantling
- Thursday, 12 March 2026, 17:00 - 24:00
- Friday, 13 March 2026, 07:00 - 24:00
- Saturday, 14 March 2026, 07:00 - 19:00
Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only possible with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
Important notice: Please note that smoking is generally prohibited in the entire exhibition halls. Smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.
