Price overview
The embedded world will take place in a hybrid event format- as exhibitor you will have next to your booth an online entry on our digital event platform talque.Rental in exhibition halls per m² (minimum 9 m²) :
- EUR 317/m² In-line stand (1 side open)
- EUR 359/m² Corner stand (2 sides open)
- EUR 369/m² Peninsula stand (3 sides open)
- EUR 389/m² Island stand (4 sides open)
- AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry) 0,60 EUR per m²
- Waste disposal during assembly, dismantling and event 4,95 EUR per m²
- Marketing-Services for direct exhibitors 1.290 EUR (incl. online entry on digital event platform)
What kind of stand spaces are available?
The minimum stand size at embedded world 2023 is 9 sqm.Halls 1, 2, 3A, 4A and 5 are aimed at companies in the hardware, systems and services sectors, while Hall 4 focuses on software, tools, systems and services.
In addition, there are some special areas with specific thematic focuses:
- electronic displays Area: Halle 1
- embedded vision Area: Halle 2
- IC & IP Design Area: Halle 4
- M2M Area: Halle 5
- safety & security Area: Halle 4
- startup@embedded world Area: Halle 3A
