The WEA520SFMCW22G is a high-performance, ultra-fast, ultra-linear FMCW frequency synthesizer designed to generate 1400 MHz chirps at carrier frequencies up to 20 GHz. It delivers an RF output spanning 7.0 GHz to 20.25 GHz, enabled by four integrated VCOs along with an RF frequency doubler and divider.
