KYOTO at its core is a configurable model-based code generator based on, but not limited to AUTOSAR ECU configuration. Using an open-source templating engine, any text-based output format (for example C code or text files) can be generated using an inline templating language that is directly based on the parameters and containers of your module.

Consisting of two applications, KYOTO has optimal support for the whole code generation workflow.
