BECK Elektronik Display GmbH (BED), a company of the BECK Elektronik Group, is specifically designed for the marketing and sale of displays since 2016. BED carries in its portfolio the high quality displays of AU Optronics Corportation (AUO) based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, one of the largest manufacturers for TFT manufacturers in the world. In 2001, AUO was formed by the merger of Acer Display Technology, Inc. and Unipac Opto-electronics Corporation.

Known worldwide for excellent product quality, AUO manufactures displays for industrial, automotive, medical, PID as well as notebook and monitor applications. Different production lines from Gen 3.5 to Gen 8.5 offer AUO the possibility to always effectively use its own strengths in each area.
