High performance compute alone is not enough, these applications also require real-time responsiveness, the highest level of functional safety, robust security and power efficiency. Heterogeneous compute offers a route to achieve all of these requirements, enabling adoption in mass-market vehicles where efficient scalability is key for wide deployment. This presentation will highlight the challenges faced across the industry and discuss how heterogeneous system architectures can solve the issues in an efficient, scalable and cost-effective manner.
