At this initial meeting, both customer and supplier need to be satisfied that the project has a future.

Once the partnership begins, there is very close co-operation between both teams. A Technical Lead and a Project manager will be assigned for the duration of the project and liaise on all aspects of the project with the customer’s counterparts.
