The nRF52810 System-on-Chip is an optimized baseline Bluetooth 5 SoC that brings powerful Bluetooth 5 connectivity at low cost thus enabling a broad user base for Bluetooth 5.
It incorporates a high-performance multi-protocol radio for Bluetooth low energy (Bluetooth 5), ANT and 2.4 GHz applications. It is on air compatible with existing nRF52 Series, nRF51 Series, and nRF24 Series products. It is built around an ARM Cortex-M4 CPU and has 192kB of flash and 24kB of RAM. A good range of analog and digital peripherals are available on this SOC. This device has a voltage supply range of 3.6v to 1.7v and has 32 GPIO available in a 6mm x 6mm QFN package.
The nRF52 DK is a versatile single board development kit for Bluetooth 5, Bluetooth low energy, ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary applications using the nRF52832 and nRF52810 SoCs.
The kit is hardware compatible with the Arduino Uno Revision 3 standard, making it possible to use 3rd-party shields that are compatible to this standard. An NFC antenna can be connected the kit to enable NFC tag functionality (nRF52832). The kit gives access to all I/O and interfaces via connectors and has 4 LEDs and 4 buttons which are user-programmable.
A range of software examples are available from the nRF5 Software Development Kit (SDK) to support Bluetooth low energy (Bluetooth 5), ANT and 2.4GHz applications
