Genuin is a cloud-based agentic platform designed to enable manufacturers of home appliances and connected devices to create sophisticated AI agents to be integrated into their products. The platform represents a significant evolution of the human–machine interface (HMI), introducing the concept of "Expert on Board": an intelligent assistant embedded directly into the product itself, capable of interacting with the user through a conversational voice component and a generative graphical interface that dynamically adapts to the context of the interaction.
