Microdul possesses in-depth expertise in customer-specific substrate layout, ultra-precise SMD (Surface-Mounted Device) assembly, advanced chip mounting, and bare-die packaging in Class 5 cleanrooms. In addition to wire bonding and die bonding, core competencies also include, for example, micro-welding, customized bonding processes, and PCB potting.
