The STX3 is low-cost, surface-mountable satellite modem that can be integrated into custom PCB designs, providing opportunities to apply one-way satellite transmission to products used for vehicle and asset tracking, remote data reporting and data logger reporting with limited size requirements. At about the size of a quarter, and with standby current of only 12uA, the STX3 satellite modem enables the most cost and power sensitive IoT designs to transmit data via the Globalstar Satellite Network.
