The Nano-NTC temperature sensor provides high precision thermal measurement in an ultraminiaturized form factor. With a footprint of typically 1 × 1µm² and a high NTC factor of ~1%/K, it delivers sensitive and highly linear temperature readings across a wide operating range.

Its ultrathin design (~5µm) ensures effortless, space saving integration. The sensor can be supplied as a subassembly or printed directly onto the customer’s component, and supports a broad range of substrates including metal, polyimide, glass, and ceramics.
