The Nano‑Strain Gauge delivers high‑precision force and strain sensing in an exceptionally small form factor. Its full ~5 × 5µm² Wheatstone bridge and gauge factor ≥10 enable accurate detection of micro‑strain (µε) signals with outstanding stability.

The ~5µm ultra‑thin design supports space‑saving integration and can be provided as a subassembly or directly printed onto customer components. It is compatible with metal, polyimide, glass, and ceramic substrates, enabling use in flexible, rigid, or curved systems.
