Closures due to bomb discovery on access roads to embedded world
Important information about travelling to embedded world
On Monday afternoon, an aerial bomb was found on Münchner Straße in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition centre. For safety reasons, Münchner Straße and the U1 underground line will be closed from 9:00 a.m. for an estimated two hours.
Arrival before the closure
To make your journey easier despite the closures, we will be opening the exhibition centre entrances at 7:00 a.m. The exhibition will start as usual at 9:00 a.m.
Arriving by car
Road traffic will be diverted during the aforementioned period. Please take into account possible delays and increased traffic around the exhibition centre.
Alternative arrival options by public transport
We recommend the following route for the duration of the closures:
- From Nuremberg Central Station, take the S2 S-Bahn towards Altdorf or the S3 towards Feucht
- Get off at the Nuremberg-Frankenstadion station
- Continue your journey with shuttle buses that will take you directly to the exhibition grounds
