Due to the current geopolitical situation in Iran and the associated airspace closures in the Middle East, international air traffic is being severely disrupted worldwide. Several airlines are currently reporting short-term flight cancellations, diversions and delays – including on routes to Europe and thus to Germany.
We are not currently aware of any changes to the general entry requirements. However, please note the European and German entry and border regulations currently in force. You can find the latest information on the website of the Federal Foreign Office.
