The Racyics® ABX® IP Platform leverages adaptive body biasing (ABB) technology to ensure reliable and predictable ultra-low-voltage (ULV) operation down to 0.4V, effectively compensating for process, supply voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations to guarantee optimal timing and power efficiency with high yield.
