To accommodate bespoke industrial designs or specific performance requirements, TouchNetix can provide full or partial custom touchscreen or pressScreen solutions which meet the most stringent needs of the end user in short timeframes.
TouchNetix custom solutions can be provided even for projects with modest volume requirements as a high level of ‘digital’ manufacturing process technology is used to keep tooling costs to a minimum. When combined with TouchNetix unique simulation and design tools where we predict performance before any sensor is manufactured and where right-first-time product is the norm, TouchNetix can accelerate time to market and minimise costs even for the most complex requirements.
Custom touchscreens can be provided in modular form where a fully bespoke front lens is laminated to the sensor to provide engineers an easy, fast and straightforward way to incorporate multi-touch touchscreen capability into their design. As an option, the sensor and electronics can be provided on a stand-alone basis for the end user to integrate with their own lens assembly and through their own preferred supply chain partners.
To guarantee successful integration in their end product, TouchNetix custom products are provided with access to the TouchNetix ‘TouchHub’ software and hardware toolset which makes evaluation, integration, tuning and testing of the capacitive touch subsystem a seamless process.
TouchNetix custom products can be designed and manufactured to suit displays up to 24” diagonal.
