The principal Taiwanese company Shuttle Inc. was founded in Taipei, Taiwan in 1983. The listed, globally operating company is represented by various subsidiaries around the world. Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH has been based in Elmshorn, Germany since 1994 and is the European head office. Many years of experience as a manufacturer of high-quality mainboards culminated in 2001 in the presentation of the world’s first Mini-PC, the SV24. This milestone is regarded as a turning point, and since then Shuttle has specialised in developing and manufacturing innovative Mini-PCs. Its core business focusing on the B2B sector is the XPC brand and the concept of Barebone PCs which already feature key components and can be manufactured to produce complete systems that suit individual requirements.

Shuttle has now successfully expanded its product range to include solutions for vertical markets such as digital signage, POS/POI and industry and opened up new areas of business. Shuttle consistently implements the latest technologies in proven concepts, making it a strong and reliable partner for distributors, resellers, system integrators as well as OEMs and ODMs.
