L901 series are 5G RedCap Sub-6 GHz modules developed by LYNQ for the IoT industry,witha maximum downlink rate of 226 Mbps and a maximum uplink rate of 120 Mbps.L901 series usethe LGA package with a size of 32×29×2.4mm.They are compatible with L509 series and L509-SC series module products to provide customers with a rich selection. L901 series support LTE Cat4 and 5G Sub-6 SA communication mode.The module support frequency bands in China,Europe.They have USB、UART、SPI、IIC、RGMII/RMII、PCIe、SDIO、LCD、CAMERA interfaces, and can support FOTA,AT,Audio functions.
