UM982 – A High-Precision GNSS Module from Unicore’s Latest Generation
The UM982 is a high-precision GNSS module from Unicore’s latest generation, offering exceptional accuracy and dual-antenna heading capabilities. It supports GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS, and can simultaneously track GPS L1/L2/L5, BDS B1I/B2I/B3I, GLONASS G1/G2, Galileo E1/E5a/E5b, and QZSS L1/L2/L5. The UM982 allows flexible configuration for multi-system positioning or single-system-based positioning. Thanks to its integrated advanced anti-jamming unit, the module maintains high accuracy even in complex electromagnetic environments.
The UM982 is primarily used in autonomous vehicles, drones, agriculture, and robotic mowers. With on-chip RTK positioning and dual-antenna heading technology, it can function as both a rover and a base station.
The UM982 is built on NebulasIV™, a GNSS SoC that integrates RF, baseband, and high-precision algorithms. Enhanced signal processing is achieved through a dual-core CPU, a high-speed floating-point processor, and an RTK co-processor. Additionally, the UM982 supports multiple interfaces, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
