IoT Device Lifecycle Management – Update. Control. Secure. ... Vortragssprache Englisch

Massive IoT expansion comes with growing pains for IoT service providers. Cellular IoT technology helps increase productivity and provide innovative services. But it is essential that connected asset data remains trusted, connectivity is reliable and device fleets can scale as business grows. Helping IoT service providers manage connected devices´ lifecycle The key to success is remote device lifecycle management. Designed for a long lifespan (10+ y.), IoT devices must constantly adapt to evolving networks, emerging regulations and new service offerings. Routine tasks (debugging or software updates) can quickly become a costly nightmare without a solution for remote management. And as new services and capabilities are introduced, IoT devices must send data to new applications and clouds platforms while ensuring secure enrollment and trusted data exchange. The proposed session will explore cost-efficient solutions for remote monitoring and carefully planned over-the-air (OTA) updates to help companies tackle these challenges, excel through the IoT journey while containing TCO. Topics covered include: - Proactive incremental FOTA updates - Real-time control & management of device performance & applications - Secure, instant and widespread OTA updates - IoT data plan optimization - Trusted embedded digital IDs in modules - Device and application mutual authentication - Device credential lifecycle management Let´s keep millions of distributed assets secure and working at their best!
