The 67X1 SoM is a small compute module that integrates Qualcomm® Kryo™ 385 CPU, Adreno™ 630 GPU, Hexagon™ 685 DSP, Spectra™ 280 camera ISP and Qualcomm’s 3rd generation AI-Engine. This enables optimized AI performance for a more responsive, power-efficient user-experience and capture of cinema-grade videos in UHD@60fps resolution. These components, coupled with 2x2 802.11ac Wi-Fi, BT 5.x, a full featured USB-C interface with UHD display capability and high fidelity audio make the Inforce 67X1 SoM a perfect fit for applications that necessitate on-device AI and immersive multimedia experiences. The SoM also comes with ample internal memory to make it a complete 4K encode/decode module. With support for dual MIPI-CSI cameras, depth perception use-cases like proximity detection, semantic segmentation, autonomous driving and facial recognition are easily enabled in systems built with this SoM.

The SoM comes in a lightweight ultra-small form factor of 28mm x 50mm. They fit the compute requirements of several SWaP (size, weight and power) constrained high-end embedded applications. Target end-uses that can benefit from these capabilities include high-end industrial IoT, portable healthcare with advanced imaging requirements and connected cameras’ domains. Optional SKUs support extended operating temperature range and EMI shielding for better RF noise protection, while also doubling up as a medium for heat spreading and dissipation to further improve performance.

SMART Wireless offers long-life supply commitment and lifecycle assurance, support for hardware customization and custom software. With extensive design and manufacturing experience, SMART Wireless creates shippable products that can pass FCC Class A/Class B, CE including RED 2014/35/EU and all regulatory compliances applicable in multiple countries across the world.
