ViGEM Data Logger CCA 9010
The fast, powerful CCA 9010 data loggers (Car Communication Analyzers) are used for the validation and qualification of driver assistance systems as well as autonomous driving functions. They are the basis of a unique data handling concept consisting of a ViGEM data logger, removable data storage and copy station.
The data logger CCA 9010 records automotive bus systems and Ethernet with continuous data rates of up to 25 Gbit/s. The capture modules record sensor/controller data close to the source and communicate the acquired data to the data logger via Ethernet. Several data loggers can be synchronized using the LoggerSync protocol. More than 40 interfaces from 10G Ethernet, over 1000Base-T and 100Base-T1 Ethernet up to CAN FD allow the connection of almost all available sensor and camera systems to the CCA 9010, as well as the seamless integration with external units for CAN-FD, FlexRay, LVDS, 100Base-T1 and 1000Base-T1 Ethernet. A synchronized time stamp guarantees that all bus systems are recorded simultaneously.
The ViGEM devices are characterized by integrated software solutions tailored to the customers' needs. A clear web browser-based user interface, as well as various plug-ins and PC software tools, support intuitive operation. The ViGEM software suite (CCA Tools) ensures a simple identification of the ViGEM units in the network (CCA Finder) as well as a conversion of the recorded data (CCA Converter). All CCA data loggers and CCA copy stations can be configured and controlled via web browser from any PC, tablet or smartphone – without having to install any drivers or tools.
In order to validate automated driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving functions, it is necessary to store and analyze extremely large volumes of data (Big Data). The high-speed data loggers by ViGEM are suitable for use in test vehicles, in the laboratory, and on the test bench. While recording under field test conditions, special situations can be identified using markers (events). The unique data handling concept enables a highly efficient usage of the test vehicles, as it requires only extremely short downtimes to change the storage media (up to 64 TB) and to transfer the data.
