The hardware thus promises groundbreaking performance and energy efficiency compared to earlier processor structures. This enables graphics processing at the highest level, playback of high-resolution video material, extreme computing power with low latency and high security. The latter is often a decisive factor in industrial sectors where robustness and reliability are of utmost importance.
With a variety of hardware configurations, the PUMA-V6000 Series delivers a wide range of enhancements to meet every customer requirement. Up to three full-size Mini PCIe slots can be used for LTE, 3G, GSM and WLAN. In addition, up to two PCI / PCIe expansion slots are supported for a variety of PCI, PCIe x4 or PCIe x16 peripherals.. These include motion control cards, frame grabber cards, video capture cards, I/O cards and communication cards.
