IAR Systems’ feature-rich in-circuit debugging probes enable powerful features in IAR Embedded Workbench.
I-jet is a high-performing in-circuit debugging probe, with download speeds of up to 1 MB per second, JTAG and Serial Wire Debug (SWD) clocking at up to 32 MHz, and Serial Wire Output (SWO) frequencies of up to 60 MHz. It can deliver power to the target board and enables refined measurements of target power consumption. Completely integrated with the development toolchain IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm, it is fully plug-and-play, and offers user-friendly features such as automatic core recognition, and direct download into the flash memory of most popular microcontrollers.
I-jet Trace has all the features of I-jet but is also equipped with Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM) providing extensive debugging and trace functionality. It delivers large trace memory capacities and high-speed communication via SuperSpeed USB 3.0. I-jet Trace supports all Arm Cortex-A/R/M devices with ETM for unmatched insight into the microcontroller’s activities.
