We produce different kinds of products which meet the requirements of RoHS 2.0 and REACH Every year, we send our products to SGS Shanghai Branch for testing regularly. We also have our own independent laboratory with the ability to finish electrical, mechanical and environmental performance test. We have instruments including High and low temperature constant temperature and humidity test instrument, Full automatic computer control drawing force tester, Micro hardness tester, CCD image measuring instrument, Tensile strength tester, Temperature rise tester, Aging test chamber, salt spray tester, Insulation resistance tester, Contact resistance tester, Hi pot tester, Rockwell hardness tester, Infrared reflow welding machine, RoHS environmental protection tester, Electrical coating thickness X - RAY tester, Vibration tester and so on.

We have 450 staffs and 2 workshops, covering an area of 667 square meters and a total construction area of 40,000 square meters, 25,000 square meters of which are production area with 240 different kinds of self-designed automatic machines, 40 dust-free production lines, 40 injection molding machines, 20 precision high-speed punches and one precision die casting machine. Mould processing equipment includes 2 wire walking machine imported from Japan 20 grinders imported from Taiwan, 5 electric discharge machines,1 precision carving machines, 1 laser-beam welding machine, 3 milling machines and 6 reciprocating type high speed wire cut electrical discharge machines. Our company spends more than 5% of sales amount to the R&D.
