Karamba’s XGuard platform automatically scans binaries and creates a factory-settings baseline which reflects the legitimate binaries, messages and functions calls of the device’s software. Changes from that automatically-created model indicate an exploit attempt, i.e. a cyberattack.

XGuard Monitor supports both real-time alerts generated directly from the device and more sophisticated analytics performed in the cloud. With XGuard Monitor, a rich set of behavioral sensors is deployed within the embedded software, providing deep and comprehensive insight into suspicious device behavior, which can indicate whether  the device has been compromised.
