Embedded Solutions Ltd. (EmSo) was founded in 2013 in Tula (RUS) as a nearshoring partner company of Schleißheimer Soft- und Hardwareentwicklung GmbH.
The aims were to create competitive advantages by reducing costs and to gain competent software engineers in a geographically close and culturally similar area.
Our employees in Tula, Barnaul and Minsk work together with German colleagues in mixed teams on numerous embedded software projects. All development workstations are set up as remote workstations in Germany and allow flexible access from anywhere. This eliminates the logistical effort for the transport of electronics.
The management of EmSo, the IT support and the project management is done from Germany. We also work independently for other customers as nearshoring partners.
