Billion Electric, the leading global telecommunication and IoT solution provider has announced that it is now collaborating with Wesbell, a Canadian based wireless & networking solution provider, to introduce Billion ADSL/VDSL router series - BiPAC 8700NEXL R3 and 8700VNXL for major carriers and ISPs in Canada. The BiPAC 8700 series has passed the Homologation test of VDSL modem from Canada’s largest Carrier- Bell Canada and successfully received the certification.
The BiPAC 8700 series serves as an all-in-one VDSL2/ADSL2+ broadband router series that delivers mobile, reliable, and high-speed connectivity with broad service coverage, supports a variety of broadband applications including interactive gaming, HD video streaming, music downloads, file sharing, and online conference meeting, etc.
The BiPAC 8700 series also features automatic failover and fallback between VDSL2/ADSL2+ WAN and EWAN interfaces. It enables seamless connectivity by immediately connecting to the secondary interface when the primary interface is disconnected. Integrated with the 802.11n wireless access point, the series provides faster wireless speed up to 300Mpbs and is compatible with 802.11b/g equipment. In addition, with built-in Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) and SOHO firewall, the BiPAC 8700 series is specifically designed to provide robust and secure Internet connectivity for home and SOHO users.
Furthermore, BiPAC 8700VNXL is configured with two FXS ports that can connect to users’ existing telephones to provide the most economical VoIP phone call with extended features such as call waiting, call forwarding, and three-way conference call.
