M.Fuchs Design has been involved in the development of vehicle information systems on high-resolution color TFT displays from the beginning. This included early concept studies for operation, presentation and ergonomics, the construction of prototypes and simulations, and the series development for the first color TFT display in the Audi A4 (B6, built from 2000).
This acquired competence makes M.Fuchs Design a competent partner in the modern development of HMI, based on embedded systems such as vehicle information systems.
At the interface between graphic design / styling and programming, M.Fuchs Design understands the different ways of communication, requirements and work processes of both sides. On the one hand, M.Fuchs Design develops efficient solutions for the demanding graphic concepts, on the other hand constructive alternatives that ensure the overall consistency, the functional reliability and the economic efficiency of the product.
Individual aspects such as ergonomics or emotionality are constantly weighed and evaluated in the overall context. Also different expectations in the culturally different target markets are considered. This can lead to special solutions, but in particular to an efficient adaptation of the basic standards for the following generation.
