The industrial-grade ISSS333 2.5” SATA 6Gb/s solid state drive implements 3D TLC NAND Flash that provides higher storage density, efficiency, and reliability than traditional 2D NAND. Thanks to the flexibility of 3D NAND, we can offer the ISSS333 in diverse capacities, ranging from 128GB to 1TB. With an industrial-grade operational temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the ISSS333 enables long term deployment in harsh environments that experience extreme cold and heat. It uses a high speed Micron controller, SLC Caching and DRAM Cache Buffer, resulting in outstanding performance and reliability with sequential read/write speeds up to 560MB/520MB per second and an MTBF (mean time before failure) rating of 2 million hours. In addiion, it employs a full range of advanced technologies, including S.M.A.R.T (self-monitoring and reporting technology), NCQ, and TRIM command for high-reliability data transfer. For improved data integrity, it also supports RAID Engine and Data Shaping. The ISSS333 has been designed for a plethora of scenarios, including industrial computing, embedded applications, gaming, surveillance, healthcare, defense, and general automation. All ISSS333 solid state drives are compliant with JEDEC specifications and feature a low-power design intended for industrial applications which leverages ADATA proprietary A+ Testing Methodology. This ensures the drives meet the exacting requirements of industrial applications. For SSD quality, compatibility, and reliability, ADATA developed its own SSD validation process, covering functionality testing and reliability assurance.
