Endurance, performance, and data retention are the critical factors for a NAND Flash storage device to meet the demanding industrialoperating requirements. To meet these engineering challenges, ATP has offered a new advanced firmware technology, aMLC”(advancedMLC), to implement onto ATP’s NAND Flash products. The new ATP aMLC solution provides a less than SLC cost in return for a full scale property improvement of advanced Reliability, Density, P/E cycles, Performance with competitive Pricing (RDPPP).

Typical endurance of client grade MLC (cMLC) is roughly 1.5k-3k and typical endurance of enterprise grade MLC (eMLC) is roughly 10k. ATP advancedMLC (aMLC) provides more than 40k P/E cycles (endurance) with a much better endurance/price ratio per GB, 13x higher endurance than traditional MLC NAND, 3x greater write performance and over 5x data retention improvement, in addition to competitive pricing.

ATP aMLC products set “reliability” on top of all. ATP utilizes the highest grade NAND ICs with supreme quality and thorough 100% production level burn-in test for all aMLC products. ATP aMLC initial product lines include 2.5”SSDs, SlimSATA,Msata,SD and microSD Cards with flexible densities ranging from 4GB~64GB, as more form factors and densities are to be followed. The mainstream densities are best suited for the most up-to-date industrial demands on any write intensive or performance driven applications, for instance, boot-up, fast back up during sudden power-off, data logging, surveillance networking or caching for enterprise storage.
