TechNexion’s EDM Modules provide network communication by gigabit LAN. EDM Modules available with and without WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v. 4.0 Modules, for easy integration into your existing networks.
Targeting Multimedia Applications, Industrial Automation Control or Vending Machines the EDM Modules are equipped with LVDS, TTL, HDMI, S/P DIF, I2S, MIPI camera and display Interfaces
For the industrial environment EDM modules have CAN connection as well as UART and multiple GPIO’s.
What is EDM
EDM is an open standard under the Creative Commons Share Alike license and is the first true x86/ARM Cross platform pin-to-pin compatible standard covering a wide spectrum of CPU architectures ranging from low power efficient ARM Cortex A7 SoC’s all the way up to 64 bit multicore processor modules.
