They all contain the powerful 32-Bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCU and the Sub-GHz transceiver AT86RF212 with up to 1 Mbit/s data rate or the 2.4 GHz transceiver AT86RF231 with up to 2 Mbit/s data rate as well as a chip ceramic antenna.
The 2.4 GHz versions are ETSI and FCC certified.

The powerful tools allow monitoring complex network structures as well as observing data flows and runtime performance in detail without additional effort. They provide a graphical user interface to observe real-time packet exchange, to create and view sniffer logs, to identify the reasons behind connectivity issues, and to verify the communication side of application behavior. The software operates with an accuracy of 1µs.
Especially during the development phase this protocol analysis software will serve as an essential and valuable tool. Packet information based on a customizable protocol description will be parsed and displayd. Developers can modify the descriptions to extend existing protocols or to create new ones.

- Developmet Sticks
The USB radio stick simplifies the connection of a PC with an IEEE 802.15.4 based wireless sensor network. The stick can represent a virtual serial interface on the PC which enables your access to the network using the PC. Individual nodes can now be easily activated and parameterized and all network communication can be coordinated in the sub-GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency range.
In the basic versions the USB radio sticks are available with or without integrated Flash memory. With a memory capacity of 2 GB it is large enough to store all drivers, documentation, application data which can be used by the customer immediately. For software development it can be delivered with JTAG and for application with case without JTAG.
