The M480 series is an ARM® Cortex®-M4F-based 32-bit low-power microcontroller which can operate at up to 200 MHz. It operates at 1.6V to 3.6V and -40℃ to 105℃. The M480 series provides 12 MHz internal oscillator (variation < ±2%), configurable Data Flash, and high immunity (ESD HBM 4KV). Package types include QFN33, LQFP48, LQFP64, QFN88, LQFP128, and LQFP144.
