Peter Torelli


Peter is the President and CTO of EEMBC, the Embedded Microprocessor Benchmark Consortium, where his primary goal is too coordinate the research and development of benchmarks relevant to the embedded semiconductor industry. Peter spent the first 20 years of his career at Intel Corporation, working for over a dozen business groups in very diverse roles such as CPU architect, software architect, CAD team lead, and Design Integration lead for power convergence. In between Intel and EEMBC, Peter took a break to work in the Portland, OR startup scene writing software and building hardware in such diverse areas as IoT wearables and fashion technology.
