
The embedded world Exhibition&Conference is the world’s biggest event for embedded systems and the meeting-place of the international embedded community. Around 750 national and international exhibitors show the complete range of products and services for embedded technologies: hardware, software, tools, services and lots more.
Outstanding theses on embedded technologies will again be selected for the university AWARD by an independent jury of experts at embedded world 2011. This award pays tribute to especially innovative theses, masters’ theses or bachelors’ theses that are unique and future-orientated and created by your students or student teams.
Why should students enter?
- The organizer’s aim is to promote highly qualified, talented persons and the latest ideas and to arouse interest in future technologies.
- The winner of the university AWARD 2011 receives powerful publicity at the exhibition and thus an optimum career start.
- The award will be presented at the STUDENT DAY on 3 March 2011.
- The prizewinner and the university concerned will be published on the embedded world website and receive appropriate recognition in the specialist media.
- The prize for the university AWARD 2011 is a laptop with a complete configuration and the thesis will be published in the DESIGN&ELEKTRONIK journal. The prize is donated by pls Programmierbare Logik & Systeme GmbH.

Interested students must return the form below together with the necessary descriptions and justifications by not later than 19 January 2011.A jury of four embedded experts will judge the entries and select the winners of the university AWARD 2011.
